We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business profitability. This role involves overseeing the entire marketing function, managing a team of marketing professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The Head of Marketing plays a critical role in shaping the company's brand identity, market presence, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and guide the marketing team.
Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
Drive digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute effective product launch strategies. Develop clear value propositions and messaging for different customer segments.
Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through effective customer relationship management (CRM), personalized experiences, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Plan and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to different marketing channels and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integrated strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, demonstrating successful strategic planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and trends.
Track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
Budget management skills and understanding of financial aspects of marketing.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages may be advantageous, depending on the company's target markets.
