Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and guide the marketing team.
• Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
• Drive digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute effective product launch strategies. Develop clear value propositions and messaging for different customer segments.
• Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through effective customer relationship management (CRM), personalized experiences, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to different marketing channels and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integrated strategies.
