Job Overview

The Head of Customer Proposition - Sportsbook is responsible for defining and activating the customer cohort strategy that underpins Fanatics Momentum’s iGaming growth ambition. Reporting to the Sportsbook Director, this role leads the development of customer segmentation, commercial campaign planning and proposition alignment to drive engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Operating at the intersection of customer insight, marketing execution and commercial performance, the Head of Customer Proposition ensures that key player cohorts are clearly defined, strategically prioritised and consistently activated across product, marketing and lifecycle channels. This role plays a critical part in positioning Fanatics Momentum as a preferred destination for UAE Sportsbook players within a fast-growing and competitive market

Responsibilities (What the Role Delivers)

• Own and lead the customer cohort and segmentation strategy across the Sportsbook vertical, ensuring clear prioritisation of high-value player segments.
• Translate customer insight and behavioural data into actionable proposition and campaign strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Oversee the planning and activation of major commercial and player engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with vertical and company objectives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Performance and Lifecycle teams to integrate cohort strategies into product development and campaign execution.
• Define and track campaign performance metrics, delivering data-led recommendations to improve engagement, reinvestment efficiency and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all campaigns and activation strategies meet regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement innovative player activation strategies informed by market trends, emerging technologies and competitive dynamics.
• Influence senior stakeholders to embed customer-centric decision-making across commercial planning and execution.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

Must Have:

• 6+ years’ experience in strategic planning, customer segmentation, proposition management or player activation within gaming, betting or a comparable digital consumer business.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable engagement and commercial growth.
• Strong expertise in customer insights and data-driven decision-making, with experience translating analytics into actionable strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product and commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of player behaviour, promotional mechanics and regulatory considerations in gaming environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
