As a Hammam Therapist, you are responsible for delivering traditional Hammam treatments and ensuring a unique and authentic wellness experience for guests. You maintain high standards of hygiene, comfort, and professionalism in line with luxury spa expectations. The role focuses on guest relaxation, cultural authenticity, and exceptional personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform traditional Hammam rituals including body cleansing, exfoliation, and foam treatments as per hotel standards.
• Prepare and maintain the Hammam area, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper temperature settings.
• Provide personalized attention to guests, explaining treatments and ensuring their comfort throughout the experience.
• Monitor guest well-being during treatments and respond promptly to any needs or concerns.
• Maintain stock levels of products and report any maintenance or operational issues to the spa management.
  
  

About You

• Excellent knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards required.
• High-level guest service skills with the ability to deliver personalized and culturally authentic experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to assess guest needs and customize treatments accordingly for comfort and satisfaction.
• Professional grooming, presentation, and adherence to 5-star luxury hospitality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, empathy, and guest relationships.
• Sales and upselling skills to recommend spa services and products effectively.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse guest expectations.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a spa specialized in Hammam therapy.
