Summary

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
• The Guest Services Officer - Guest Service is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operations within the Rooms Division.
• Develops a strong knowledge of the hotels’ facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
• Stay current and up to date with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events.
• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities outside of the property.
• Obtains necessary tickets and directions to facilities.
• Makes guest reservations for air or other forms of transportation when requested.
• Obtains necessary itinerary tickets.
• Following up of guests lost luggage.
• Ensure proper usage of guest names and respecting privacy.
• To ensure warm welcome and fond farewell is provided to all guests.
• To oversee Concierge operations, doormen, bellmen, valet parking and to supervise the area.
• Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions
  
  

Qualifications

We are seeking passionate, action-oriented, and hardworking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in hotel operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer-focused mindset and demonstrate fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
