Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Service Representative who is proficient in both Arabic and English to join our team. As a vital point of contact for our guests, you will ensure that all visitors receive exceptional service and support. This role involves managing guest inquiries, facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, and proactively addressing guest needs and complaints. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression at every interaction.
  • Facilitate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Handle cash and process guest payments accurately with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Record guest information and update records as necessary in the database.
  • Assist guests with special requests such as reservations and itinerary planning.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage guest interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high guest volumes.
  • A friendly, personable demeanor with a professional and polished appearance is essential.
