  • Process payments and generate invoices while ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating guest transportation and excursions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information and personal data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality training preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work during various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation software systems.
