Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and creating remarkable experiences for our guests. Your main mission will be to consistently meet and exceed guests’ expectations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as the face of the establishment, welcoming guests and managing communication efficiently. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs efficiently without being prompted. This role demands someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Your dedication to providing a memorable guest experience is crucial for the overall success of our hospitality services.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and grace.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly with appropriate solutions and empathy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of guest requests and service interactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs effectively.
  • Assist guests with travel arrangements, bookings, or other logistical needs.
  • Create a welcoming environment ensuring personalized guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Train and supervise junior staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Organize and execute special arrangements for guest events and occasions.
  • Manage guest messages, mails, and phone calls efficiently and timely.
  • Promote and upsell hotel amenities, services, and promotions to guests.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence.
