As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience from start to finish. You will be the friendly face that greets them, the attentive listener that understands their needs, and the problem solver that ensures their stay is seamless and enjoyable. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and providing prompt responses to their inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services and facilities offered at our establishment.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with empathy and appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and service-focused environment.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest accommodations are perfect.
  • Manage guest feedback, both positive and constructive, to improve service delivery.
  • Compile detailed reports on guest interactions and service outcomes for management review.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events or activities for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
  • Promote company loyalty programs and additional services to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservations software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team environment.
