Job Description

The role of a Guest Experience Expert is central to ensuring that each guest receives unparalleled service and support throughout their stay. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will act as a primary point of contact and advocate for guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and that their stay is memorable. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. In this fast-paced environment, you will be tasked with managing multiple guest interactions, addressing their needs with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and warm demeanor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and accurately.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and follow up on special requests.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Support the team in achieving the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Manage guest feedback and work on continuous service improvement plans.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to junior staff members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for guest service.
