Responsibilities
Create innovative and visually compelling graphics for digital platforms and print media.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to execute design concepts.
Develop brand visual concepts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs when appropriate.
Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and expectations.
Prepare design drafts, present them to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback.
Utilize design software to create layouts, graphics, and visual assets.
Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaign ideas.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements if necessary for quality assurance.
Assist in the development of company-wide and client-specific visual content strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate ideas into visuals.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with web design and multimedia design principles is advantageous.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside traditional design concepts.
