Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create and design various marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
• Develop unique and engaging designs for social media campaigns and posts.
• Brainstorm and implement novel design concepts to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure consistency across all visual assets and communications.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.
• Edit and enhance images and photographs for use in various media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them into projects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss design strategies and project progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive, on-brand digital and print designs.
• Review final designs and suggest improvements as necessary for client satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining an organized archive of design files and project assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
