The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Supply Chain professional at the early stage of their career to join a dynamic and experienced team supporting complex Oil & Gas and Energy projects. The role is ideally suited to a motivated UAE National graduate who is eager to develop practical experience across procurement, expediting, logistics, materials management, and supplier coordination within a global engineering and consulting environment.

The Key Objectives For This Role Are

  • Support the delivery of supply chain and procurement activities in line with project requirements
  • Develop foundational knowledge of Oil & Gas supply chain processes, systems, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and client requirements
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Support materials management and logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Liaise with suppliers, expeditors, logistics providers, and internal project teams.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain documentation within ERP systems.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist in expediting, inspection coordination, and documentation review.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
  • Participate in graduate development and mentoring programmes.

Expected

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • UAE National (Family Book required)
  • Strong interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
  • Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
