Position Summary:
As part of Emerson’s Graduate Program, the Junior Sales Associate role offers recent graduates an opportunity to begin their professional journey within the Measurement Solutions business. Based in Abu Dhabi, this position supports the UAE sales organization by contributing to sales operations, customer engagement, and pipeline management activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, gain exposure to commercial processes, and help drive data‑driven outcomes through collaboration, analytics, and a continuous improvement mindset.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the UAE sales team by following up on leads generated through CRM systems for the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
- Track open quotations with customers and local business partners, preparing regular summary reports to support sales and management reviews.
- Contribute to sales funnel growth by engaging with new and existing customers under the guidance of sales leadership.
- Coordinate internally with customer care and commercial teams to track quotation and order status based on sales priorities.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of opportunities, quotations, and pipeline data in CRM systems to support forecasting and planning.
- Support Measurement Solutions initiatives for key and critical customer sites through participation in cadence calls and cross‑functional meetings.
- Collaborate with cross‑business unit account leaders and site teams to help progress growth initiatives and customer engagement plans.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Interest in developing a career in sales, commercial operations, or customer engagement.
- Comfort working with common business tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, email, and collaboration platforms.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to sales support, commercial operations, or customer‑facing roles through internships, projects, or entry‑level experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in learning CRM systems, digital platforms, and data‑driven sales processes.
