Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Emirati Graduate Engineer for our nuclear business based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As part of our continued growth in the UAE, we are seeking ambitious and talented UAE National Graduate Engineers to join our expanding Nuclear Business in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who would like to gain exposure to nuclear energy, conventional power generation, clean energy technologies, engineering consultancy, project delivery, and technical advisory services while benefiting from structured training and professional development.

Your role

• Support engineering and project teams in the delivery of nuclear, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to project coordination activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, audits, and technical meetings as required.
• Support the preparation of presentations, progress reports, technical submissions, and client deliverables.
• Analyze engineering data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop an understanding of nuclear safety culture, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Participate in graduate development, mentoring, and technical training programs.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong academic performance and interest in the energy sector.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
