Graduate - Civil Engineer Emirati National

Job Description

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure Business Unit, supporting infrastructure and design projects across the UAE. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Support the design and delivery of infrastructure and transport projects, including roads and highways.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
• Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Transport Engineering.
• Strong interest in one or more of the following:
• Building Design & Architecture
• Structural Analysis
• Road/Highway Engineering
• Urban Mobility and Transport Planning
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
