The Opportunity

The Global Head of Data Center Systems & Excellence will lead the modernization and standardization of systems, processes, and governance across global operations. This role will define the technology foundation that enables automation, efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a global transformation roadmap for data center systems and automation

• Lead the design and implementation of BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CMMS, and other core platforms

• Create global frameworks for process, governance, and service delivery

• Drive transformation programs across multiple regions with strong stakeholder alignment

• Champion digital twin technology, AI-driven automation, and sustainability data integration

About You

You are a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation in global data center environments. You bring a track record of modernizing complex infrastructure and aligning technology with business performance.

Experience and qualifications

• 15+ years in data center systems architecture or transformation within colocation, hyperscale,

or cloud• Expertise in BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CMMS, automation, and monitoring platforms

• Strong experience in process design, governance, and enterprise architecture (TOGAF, ITIL)

• Proven leadership of global, multi-disciplinary teams

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred
