What You Will Do
Customer Relationship Management. Support the Site Engineer/ Supervisor in maintaining relationships at site/operational level.
Provide daily water analysis and services to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
Communicate daily analysis results and highlight/ address any non-conformances in timely manner. Meet with relevant customer stake-holders daily to develop relationships and keep abreast of needs.
Monitor and manage chemical inventories onsite and supervise site assistant for placement and re-batching of chemicals.
Monitor chemical dosing systems to ensure dosages as per target and trouble-shoot any issues as they arise, and escalate when necessary.
Manage monthly coupon extractions/ replacements for corrosion monitoring.
Assist Site Engineer with plant surveys of respective water systems.
Conduct start-ups of Nalco treatment applications after outages/ downtime.
Provide technical support to Site Engineer to identify and resolve customer challenges, escalating as required.
Support in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing optimally.
Actively support Nalco innovations and technology where you provide service support.
Support Site Engineer to ensure treatment program performance is always within limits.
Build a culture of partnership based on Win-Win outcome at customer site.
Supports and is committed to Nalcos Safety and Quality Process with dictated PPE used for all activities.
Services assigned account to maintain programs KPIs, Business Process related documentation, proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
Qualifications
Technical degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
Proactive, disciplined and forward thinking.
Autonomous self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Major plus would be having >2yrs experience in water treatment, especially in Reverse Osmosis systems.
