Full Stack / PHP- Laravel Developer 12D25

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack / PHP-Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and applications, from layout to function, according to our clients' specifications. Your proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies will be essential in delivering high-performing, scalable web applications. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP with the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between client and server.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability in performance-critical environments.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and improve code quality.
• Coordinate with the design team to translate wireframes and design prototypes into functional code.
• Maintain proper documentation for codebases and application procedures for future reference.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies to apply to current projects and processes.
• Support, mentor, and guide junior developers in their day-to-day development tasks.
• Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with the Laravel framework.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git for collaborative development.
• Solid understanding of the web development process, from design to deployment.
