We're Hiring – Concierge | Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our Front Office team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Assist guests with enquiries, directions and local information.
Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings and other guest requests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Agent or similar Front Office role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE is an advantage.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Must currently be based in the UAE.

Job Post – Front Office Supervisor

We're Hiring – Front Office Supervisor | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily Front Office operation.
Support and coach Front Office team members.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor service standards and ensure company procedures are followed.
Prepare reports and assist the Front Office Manager when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Front Office or Reception role, including supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is an advantage.
Must currently be based in the UAE.
