The Front Office Manager cum Executive Assistant plays a pivotal dual role in ensuring the seamless operation of front office activities in addition to providing executive-level support to the senior management team. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can simultaneously manage a variety of tasks with efficiency and a high level of confidentiality. The individual will coordinate office functions, manage front office staff, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. The role also involves assisting executives with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination, demanding a proactive approach and excellent decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient service.
  • Manage and support front office staff, including recruitment and training.

  • Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal communication with executives.
  • Prepare executive correspondence and manage email communications proficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information diligently.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for reporting and data analysis tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in front office or executive support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must-have.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and address them.
  • Strong knowledge of office management software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
