  • Manage budget allocations for front office supplies and equipment effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a hotel front office role.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and common office applications.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capability to manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to handle difficult situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
