Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of front office professionals.
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues amicably.
