Front-End Engineer - React Js And Next Js

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer with advanced expertise in React.js and Next.js to build web products and applications from the ground up, as well as develop and improve existing systems.

The role involves turning ideas and requirements into real products, contributing to Front-End Architecture, building core components and systems, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Build web applications and products from the ground up to production using React.js and Next.js.
  
• Design and build scalable and maintainable Front-End Architecture.
  
• Build Reusable Components and Component Libraries from scratch.
  
• Design and develop complex, reusable front-end components.
  
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems.
  
• Create reusable Custom Hooks, Utilities, and front-end solutions.
  
• Develop and improve existing applications and systems.
  
• Transform ideas, requirements, and UI/UX designs into production-ready applications.
  
• Build Dashboards, Portals, SaaS Applications, and data-driven interfaces.
  
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  
• Implement Authentication, Authorization, and Role-Based Access Control.
  
• Manage application state, data, caching, and asynchronous operations.
  
• Improve application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and user experience.
  
• Apply techniques such as Code Splitting, Lazy Loading, and Caching where appropriate.
  
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and production issues.
  
• Write clean, structured, testable, and maintainable code.
  
• Participate in Code Reviews and Front-End Architecture decisions.
  
• Collaborate with Backend, Product, UI/UX, and QA teams.
  
• Review requirements and identify technical risks and edge cases before implementation.
  

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Front-End Development.
  
• Advanced hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
  
• Proven experience building applications and products from scratch.
  
• Strong experience building Reusable Components and Component Libraries.
  
• Deep understanding of Component Architecture, Composition, and Reusability.
  
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
  
• Experience designing Front-End Architecture for large and scalable applications.
  
• Strong experience with Next.js App Router.
  
• Practical understanding of Server Components, Client Components, SSR, SSG, Routing, and Middleware.
  
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
  
• Experience with Authentication, Authorization, and RBAC.
  
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
  
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
  
• Strong understanding of Web Performance and Optimization.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience building and maintaining production applications.
  
• Ability to turn complex or incomplete requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS Platforms, B2B Applications, CRM, ERP, or Enterprise Platforms.
  
• Experience building Dashboards, Admin Panels, and Customer Portals.
  
• Experience with TanStack Query / React Query.
  
• Experience with Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
  
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern Component Libraries.
  
• Experience building Design Systems and working with Storybook.
  
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
  
• Experience with WebSockets and Real-Time Applications.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Cloud Deployment.
  
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, SEO, Caching, Code Splitting, and Lazy Loading.
  
• Experience working across multiple products or systems within a technology ecosystem.
  
• Proven experience building Front-End products from scratch, rather than only maintaining or enhancing existing systems.
