Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the front desk.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules for staff and clients.
  • Provide accurate information about services and facilities to visitors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and courtesy.
  • Adhere to security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for office upkeep needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge and skills to improve job performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various office functions and projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with guests.
