We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the correct departments promptly.
  • Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the intended recipients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and reception area at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate calendars for executives.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently provided to all visitors and callers.
  • Monitor and procure office supplies to ensure front desk operations run smoothly.
  • Record and handle basic administrative tasks to support office functions efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for office events, meetings, and appointments seamlessly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client and organizational information dutifully.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's services competently.
  • Manage and update records of visitors and communication logs accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance to represent the company effectively.
