As a Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker with CID Experience), you will deliver warm, memorable guest experiences through seamless check-in and check-out services while ensuring accurate guest registration, record management, and compliance with all applicable hotel and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Guest Registration & Documentation
- Collect and verify guest identification and travel documents.
- Ensure all guests are accurately registered during check-in, including accompanying guests where applicable.
- Verify guest information for completeness and accuracy.
Guest Information System Management
- Accurately enter and maintain guest records within designated registration and compliance systems.
- Upload and update required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest information is processed in accordance with established procedures and operational requirements.
Data Accuracy & Validation - Maintain a high level of accuracy in all guest records, including personal and travel information.
- Review and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure guest information remains complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Supportive Functions
Cross-Department Coordination - Collaborate closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit teams.
- Ensure all arrivals, including individual guests, groups, and walk-ins, are accurately recorded and processed.
Compliance & Operational Support - Assist with information requests, internal reviews, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
- Support adherence to company policies, brand standards, and applicable operational requirements.
Daily Reconciliation & Reporting - Conduct daily reviews and reconciliation of guest registration records across hotel systems.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing entries.
- Prepare daily operational and compliance reports as required.
Confidentiality & Data Protection - Safeguard guest information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Handle personal data in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy standards.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to perform assigned duties efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred).
- Experience with guest registration, compliance, or information management systems.
- Experience with ONQ PMS or similar hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

- Access to registration and guest information systems must be managed securely and responsibly at all times.
