Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our team at the 20O25 boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing outstanding guest service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in shaping guests’ perceptions of the hotel. You will need to handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, manage guest inquiries with professionalism, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your fluency in Arabic will be crucial in assisting our diverse clientele and ensuring clear communication. Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and create a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs according to hotel procedures.
  • Answer all calls and correspondence in both English and Arabic accurately.
  • Provide information and guidance about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality as per hotel standards and policies.
  • Process all transactions, including payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and prepare daily reports as needed.
  • Follow company policies and ensure alignment with set hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members and guests.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays required.
