Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive initial experience. This role involves managing guest services such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Handle and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately process transactions for room payments, adjustments, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for special requests and room status updates.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Ensure the front desk is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in managing reservation systems and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive working environment and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful or high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills are required, with familiarity in reservation systems a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is advantageous.
