Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker, you will be the first point of contact for our guests at our prestigious hotel, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries with a personal touch, you will assist guests in every aspect of their stay with diligence and professionalism. Your fluency in Arabic will play a crucial role in enhancing communication and service delivery to our Arabic-speaking guests. You must have the ability to manage reservations, provide information about hotel facilities, and resolve any guest issues efficiently and courteously. Your role is pivotal in creating a memorable experience that delights our guests and encourages them to return.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet each guest with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Effectively manage hotel room reservations and handle cancellations.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local points of interest.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guests' needs and requests.
  • Ensure guest check-in and check-out procedures are smooth and efficient.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest service logs.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy, seeking resolution promptly.
  • Process guest payments and maintain a cash drawer accurately and securely.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments, ensuring responsiveness.
  • Offer a personalized guest experience by remembering frequent visitor preferences.
  • Assist with luggage handling and other guest services as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve guest issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
