Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Develop financial models to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data.
- Monitor key performance indicators and assess their impact on business objectives.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support decision-making processes by delivering timely and actionable financial insights.
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data effectively.
- Capability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals.
