Foreman Special Foundation Construction M F X

Our subsidiary BAUER International FZE represents BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Foreman (m/f/x) for its special foundation construction sites in the Emirates, to supervise and coordinate all site activities.

Your tasks:

• Checking and supervising of all steps of the construction process
• Ordering site material and ensuring the appropriate delivery of material on time
• Controlling and managing daily production & QHSE of labour plus of operators in his work area
• Strictly Controlling and entering working hours on time cards on a daily basis
• Carrying out traffic, plant and equipment management in his work area
• Any other duty assigned by the Site Engineer / Project Manager

Your profile:

• High School / Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in a construction industry, special foundation construction preferred
• Proven experience in managing labourers on site and understanding of HSE aspect
• Understanding of basic mathematics and shop drawing
• Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships and work as a team with others
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
• Ability to read, speak and write English
