Foreman - Marble Cutting

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Foreman for a marble cutting factory. The role will oversee machine operations within the factory, ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and guide machine operators while minimizing material wastage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of marble cutting machines within the factory.
• Operate and oversee marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.
• Read and interpret cutting drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor production processes to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
• Lead and manage a team of machine operators, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in the factory.
  
  

• Proven experience working in a marble or stone processing factory.
• Strong knowledge of marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.
• Ability to read and understand technical cutting drawings.
• Experience in supervising or leading machine operators.
• Good understanding of production efficiency and wastage control.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
