Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage department within our establishment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate menus and service offerings.

  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and control costs without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards for food and beverage services.
  • Ability to handle challenging scenarios and troubleshoot on-the-spot issues.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point of sale systems.
