Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining floral arrangements and decorative displays to enhance the hotel's ambiance and guest experience. Also, you will ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of flowers across guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and special events. And you also will manage floral supplies and maintain high standards of creativity, presentation, and attention to detail in line with the hotel's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and arrange floral displays for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, VIP arrivals, and special occasions.
• Maintain and refresh floral arrangements to ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of flowers.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil floral requests and decorative requirements.
• Monitor flower stock, manage floral supplies, and minimize wastage through proper storage and handling.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral work area and ensure proper care of flowers, tools, and equipment.
  
  

About You

• Strong knowledge of floral arrangement techniques, flower varieties, and plant care.
• Creativity and an excellent eye for colour, design, and presentation.
• Ability to create elegant floral displays in line with luxury hotel standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle flowers and floral materials safely and efficiently.
