Job Description
- Design and prepare fresh flower arrangements for guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, public areas, and special occasions.
- Create floral arrangements for weddings, meetings, banquets, and other hotel events.
- Maintain and replace floral displays regularly to ensure they remain fresh and attractive.
- Select, purchase, receive, and properly store flowers, plants, and floral materials.
- Monitor flower stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Events, F&B, and other departments for floral requirements.
- Prepare special arrangements based on guest requests and hotel occasions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower room, tools, and equipment.
- Follow proper flower-handling, storage, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Minimize wastage and use floral materials efficiently.
- Assist with seasonal decorations and special hotel celebrations.
- Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with guests and colleagues.
