We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team and bring life to our spaces with stunning floral displays that reflect the luxury and warmth of our brand.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a florist in a luxury hospitality or high-end floral boutique.
• Creative flair with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of seasonal flowers, floral design trends, and proper handling techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.

What will you do?

• Design and create floral arrangements for Lobby, Guest rooms, Public areas, Events, Weddings, and VIP functions.
• Ensure daily floral maintenance and freshness throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate with departments including Events, Front Office, and F&B for themed decor.
• Manage floral inventory and liaise with suppliers for fresh orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient flower room/workspace.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
