Job Description

As a Fleet Sales Executive, your primary function will be to serve as the key connection between the automotive dealership and corporate clients, handling the day-to-day operations of fleet sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play an instrumental role in expanding and maintaining our company's fleet sales department, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving high sales targets. By understanding client needs and preferences, you will provide tailored recommendations that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their fleet. Your strong communication skills, strategic sales techniques, and deep understanding of automotive products and services will be crucial in driving the business's profitability and growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven with a passion for automotive sales.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts by maintaining regular communication and addressing their fleet needs.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and propose competitive pricing models.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure seamless processing of transactions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients and stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Keep updated on automotive industry developments and share insights within the sales team.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company's fleet services and expand contacts.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff to enhance team performance and morale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet sales or a similar automotive sales role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including features and benefits.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
