A Fleet Sales Executive is integral to our sales team, driving revenue through the acquisition and management of fleet sales accounts. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new corporate fleet sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms regarding fleet sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to upper management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote company products and services.
  • Continuously update knowledge about industry trends and best practices in fleet sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales within the automotive industry, ideally in fleet sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for efficient client management.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
