FLAG MAN

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Flag Man to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Flag Man will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our transportation operations by directing traffic and signaling drivers to proceed or stop as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic around construction sites, accidents, and other road obstructions
• Provide accurate and clear hand signals to crane operators during lifting and hoisting operations.
• Communicate with drivers and other workers to coordinate traffic flow
• Monitor and adjust signals as necessary to ensure safety and minimize delays
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and other workers
• Report any traffic incidents or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities
• Maintain and clean all equipment and tools used for traffic control
• Work closely with the transportation team to ensure timely and efficient movement of vehicles
• Coordinate with riggers and other crew members to ensure the correct
  
  
  

• Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles as needed
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid flagman or signalman certification
• Experience in crane operations and signaling.
• Strong understanding of lifting operations, equipment, and safety
  
  
  

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Previous offshore experience is preferred.
