  • Counsel clients on basic nutritional guidance to complement their fitness routines.
  • Stay informed on the latest fitness trends and integrate new techniques or equipment.
  • Promote and market fitness programs and classes to attract potential clients.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Participate in continued education and fitness certifications to enhance knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role in the fitness industry.
  • Certified as a personal trainer from a recognized fitness certification body.
  • Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology and sports nutrition principles.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • First Aid and CPR certification for handling emergencies if they arise.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals continually.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
