Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new members.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness needs and goals.
  • Provide detailed information about membership options and pricing plans.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all fitness services and equipment offered.
  • Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into active members.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Work alongside the fitness trainers to better understand and promote services.
  • Collect and analyze data on customer feedback to improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation with a passion for fitness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
