As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our fitness center by recruiting and retaining members through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll leverage your expertise in fitness and interpersonal skills to connect with potential and current members, using your understanding of health and fitness to inform and guide them to the best membership plans and services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve fitness membership targets.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct tours of fitness facilities, highlighting equipment and services available.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of fitness products and services offered by the facility.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing members.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote memberships and special offers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics regularly.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential members and ensure resolution of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fitness instructors to align sales strategies with client needs.
  • Attend networking events to build professional relationships and expand client base.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fitness or health industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
