About the Job:

To provide service relating to Fitness & Sports aspects of Colleague Housing including gym safety and maintenance of all equipment, as well effective organization, and management of fitness activities in staff accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the gymnasium is operated in accordance with the Health and Safety policy to comply with the company standards and with the municipality requirements.
  • Design personal training plans for the gym members and create marketing plans and activities to maximize the use of the gymnasium and house facilities.
  • Conduct group classes on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and operated in accordance with the instructions from the manufacturer to ensure maximum life of all equipment.
  • Ensure gym equipment parts are replaced in a timely manner to avoid inconvenience to colleagues. 
  • Mediate and communicate with colleagues in a fair and professional manner to focus on the development of the facility.
  • Assist in coordinating external tournaments scheduled throughout the year.
  • Propose suggestions, ideas, comments, and recommendations to develop colleague services system to create and add value in maintaining and improving social and welfare activities in colleague housing.
  • Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require. 
  • Update payroll on membership list for accurate salary deduction process

    Essential

    • Fitness Professional license
