Fit Out Package Manager

Tasks

• Manage and oversee the delivery of fit-out packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, procurement plans, and mock-ups with precision and attention to detail.
• Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain smooth project flow.
• Interpret and review architectural, MEP, and structural drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure proper sequencing of works, particularly for joinery, HVAC, MEP, and finishing activities.
• Evaluate and approve finishing materials, ensuring specifications and standards are met.
• Proactively identify variations in scope, maintain an updated variation order log, and support contractual compliance.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Apply effective leadership and project management skills to ensure seamless delivery of residential fit-out projects.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within construction or interior fit-out.
• Proven experience managing high-end residential fit-out projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management/engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Procore).
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi local authority regulations (ADM, ADCD).
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantageous).
