Finished Product Inspector Sorter Defence Aerospace Industrial Abu Dhabi UAE

We are looking for Finished Product Inspectors / Sorters to support an industrial production operation.

The role focuses on visual inspection, identification of product defects, sorting and ensuring that finished products meet established production and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts from the forming/production process.
• Perform visual inspection of finished products.
• Identify visible defects including:
• deformation;
• surface damage;
• incomplete forming;
• contamination;
• dimensional deviations.
• Compare products against reference samples and established quality criteria.
• Separate conforming and non-conforming products.
• Follow inspection instructions and production standards.
• Maintain correct product batch identification.
• Ensure product traceability requirements are followed.
• Perform repetitive inspection activities accurately and consistently.
• Comply with production-area EHS requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Secondary education or vocational training preferred.
• Previous production, manufacturing or inspection experience preferred.
• Good visual attention and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to follow written inspection criteria and reference samples.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive production activities consistently.
• Understanding of basic product traceability and identification requirements is an advantage.
