Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Purpose

Assist in the preparation and update of business plan and internal evaluation of project feasibilities.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Assist in the development of Bloom business plan & strategy document
• Assist in the valuation of Bloom and its sister company’s real estate assets (including SCOPE, Al Ghadeer, Al Dhabi, EIIC) from requesting proposals, assessing them, appointing, and managing the work.
• Conduct valuation of real estate assets internally as requested by the management on ad-hoc basis.
• Coordinate the IPO readiness exercise and the implementation process among various department at Bloom
• Assist in the preparation of the financial assessment reports and analysis for investment opportunities, whether for buying or disposing assets.
• Advice on optimal deal structures/partnership, including MOUs and proposed financial structures
• Prepare investor presentations, teasers, financing documents to secure funding for projects (whether being dept or equity)
• Review of feasibilities, pricing reports, school budgets, etc, as provided by other departments
• Provide financial support to Bloom’s department (i.e. conducting internal feasibility study update, managing a market & feasibility assignment by consultant, preparing government submission on financial documents for licensing/approval, etc.
• General Tasks: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by line manager
  
  

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting or another relevant field
• Preferable post graduate qualification MBA
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in investor relations, finance, planning and development or similar broad financial position
• Professional level in using excel, Word and PowerPoint
