Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes. This role focuses on analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with management and department heads.
    • Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics.
    • Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
    • Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management, including variance analysis.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance.
    • Provide insights to optimize costs, improve profitability, and support business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling:
    • Develop financial models to support investment decisions, new initiatives, and business planning.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential outcomes.
    • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Compliance:
    • Work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
