Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage our financial operations. The role will focus on driving financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial reports to management and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and maintain the financial health of the organization through effective financial planning and analysis.
• Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and financial performance against business plans.
• Develop financial trends, forecasts, and projections to support company growth.
• Advise management on investment activities and financial strategies.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee the finance department operations, set goals, and establish performance frameworks.
• Lead the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate monitoring and compliance with company finances.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align financial planning with business strategies.

Qualification & Requirements:

✔ 12+ years of Finance Management experience in the UAE is necessary, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
✔ Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
✔ Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an advantage.
✔ Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✔ Proven experience in financial planning, investment strategy, and maintaining organizational financial health.
✔ Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and lead the finance department.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
