Finance Manager

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer / General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with strategic financial planning, ensuring the company’s projects and business operations remain financially healthy, compliant, and optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

   • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

   • Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

   • Analyze project profitability and recommend cost optimization strategies.

2. Accounting & Reporting:

   • Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end/year-end close.

   • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.

   • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and regulatory compliance.

3. Project Finance Management:

   • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.

   • Evaluate financial risks associated with new developments or investments.

   • Provide financial insights for land acquisition, construction, and property management activities.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

   • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.

   • Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations and project commitments.

   • Optimize working capital and investment of surplus funds.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Taxation:

   • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements.

   • Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and external consultants as needed.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

   • Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team.

   • Collaborate with project managers, operations, and senior management to align financial and business strategies.
