Finance Manager - Healthcare

A healthcare company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its finance function. Candidates must have Finance Management experience within the UAE healthcare sector; applications without this background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, performance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable statutory accounting requirements.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to provide financial insight and decision support.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
• Develop financial models and business cases as required.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Finance Management experience within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Strong technical grounding in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Proven capability in cash flow management, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Preferred: Healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• Preferred: Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.
